Our commitment
MMGA is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for everyone involved in our work — members, partner NGO contacts, volunteers, and event participants.
Expected behaviour
All participants are expected to: act respectfully and professionally; listen actively and welcome different perspectives; keep commitments made to partner NGOs and fellow members; represent MMGA with integrity in public and with partners.
Unacceptable behaviour
Harassment, discrimination, dishonesty in representing your affiliation with MMGA, and any behaviour that damages the reputation or operations of our partner NGOs are unacceptable and grounds for removal.
Reporting
If you experience or witness a code of conduct violation, contact us at hello@mmga.mt. All reports are handled confidentially.
Enforcement
MMGA's admin team reviews conduct reports and may take action including temporary or permanent suspension of membership.
